Emeralds can be found in any field which requires specialized knowledge or technical expertise such as research; science; medical; industrial technology; engineers, architects, accountants, areas which require a larger vision (strategic planning; consulting), or running organizations or their own businesses.
7 Qualities of an Emerald-

Challenges of the Emerald

think of them as being know- it- alls, nerds or snobs
*They become irritated with glitches
*They don’t care much for small talk and may feel uncomfortable
in social situations, preferring to spend time alone or engaged
with other Greens.
*They are truly square pegs trying to fit into a round world
Emerald- the Prospect
To get them to JOIN your business and for them to start attending this T3 Training, Step Team or Corporate Calls
They believe they are the smartest people on the planet so give them all the details……You are NOT going to sell them…don’t even try. They have to sell themselves. They will listen to the Corporate Overview, check out the website and watch the videos and read all the information. They will attend the corporate call. Answer all their questions and if you are new to Tampogo get them on a call with your sponsor. Never be late for an appointment with a Emerald. In a week or 2 or 3, they’ll call back wanting more information or ready to get started….If you call them in the intern they will be abrupt and you will have probably lost the prospect. Give them the structure of the Morning Motivator Call, STEP Team Call, T3 Training, Corporate Calls and any additional Team Events….they love structure.
Mentoring a Emerald
To mentor an Emerald I would start with their weaknesses and then their strengths. If I was coaching you, I’d start working on your weaknesses. Your biggest weakness I see is that you over analyze everything. you sit there and think about it, think about it, analyze it, wonder why you shouldn’t do it, wondering why the glass is half empty. You are sometimes depressed, lonely and very pessimistic. But your Strengths are amazing, you are one of the most organized people, and planners, you are amazing at follow through and problem solving. If you could just let go of your pessimism and start “believing” you will be a huge success in life.
