they are always doing something for someone else

*Focused on Relationships; get along with everybody

*Kind-hearted, loving, compassionate and sympathetic

*Very loyal, trustworthy, patient, sensitive and good listeners

*Love volunteer work- especially causes centered around

compassion, they will spearhead projects but in the

business world want nothing to do with leadership

*Very spiritual

*They dress casually and for comfort , very little make up and

usually no fake nails, little accessories

*Wishy-Washy -hard time making decisions

*Overly- sensitive-their feelers get hurt easily

*Dependent- must get approval from other people

*Dislike negativity, gossip, violence, pushy or rude people

Mentoring a Pearl

Ok. So here is what I know about you. You are an amazing person. All your friends think you are the greatest listener they’ve ever known. Your very patient and dependable. You love people, your nurturing and a team player.

What I would always give them would be nice encouraging words…keep appreciating them. I would teach them how to set

Goals. They are oversensitive and take things personally… this is a key issue. They are the steady eddy’s…they will build at their own pace…so don’t pressure them. Instill in them that you can teach and equip them and once they feel comfortable they will become great teachers themselves.
