Ruby’s are usually in professions that require responsibility, precision and order, they are the CEO’s of a companies, people in management positions in smaller companies, airline pilots, police officers, military officers, stock brokers, news reporters and attorneys

*Love money, independent, dominant, feisty, outspoken
*Reds are dynamic in the corporate world yet they usually
struggle most in network marketing because they want to be in
control of everything and everyone
*Goal oriented, purposeful and very productive
*They are high achievers and if they can’t win usually won’t play
*Amazing at multi-tasking, can get more accomplished in less time
than all other personalities
*Truly appreciate professionalism
*They dress for success: they like the finer things in life
Challenges of a Ruby
*Tend to be non-empathetic: intolerant of feelings and
inadequacies: come across as a little brash
*Never seem to relax, everything is a competition
*Don’t like their bosses, because they want to be the boss
*Impatient, just the facts
*Inflexible- this is NOT Red Lobster
*Poor listening habits- only hear what they want to hear

Establish a rapport quickly but don’t try to become friends. Keep the presentation moving and show them the compensation plan, show them the money and they will build it. Show them specifics, the STEP teams 90 days to Financial Freedom, 0 to a 5 figure monthly income in 90 days, or the Presidents Circle Bonus Pool. They will make their decision fast. They like to be closed and expect you to ask the Question…are you ready to join today.
Introduce a Ruby to your business you may have someone who will be insensitive to the feelings of others in their drive to the top, but their hard work and enthusiasm will motive the slower movers.
Mentoring a Ruby
When you sponsor a ruby, don’t dare think you are going to coach them or mentor them or tell them what to do, because it’s NOT going to happen. Let them do it themselves. They maybe impulsive and demanding but they get results. Red’s are well connected and with that your organization can grow exponentially
The only time when you might be able to coach a ruby is when life has knocked them down and you focus on their strengths;
You are an amazing producer. You are the best negotiator. You have energy to burn. You are a risk taker, a leader. You have confidence. You take action. And You’re independent. You’ll just take right off and start doing it. But what you have to remember is you have to let go of your EGO.
