*They are motivated by having fun ,fun, fun

*They are very ambitious and are great promoters

*Their easy to establish a rapport with: they want to be friends

before they do business

*Their born with enthusiasm-they crave constant contact and

attention from people

*Their very spontaneous- witty, love to laugh …their laugh can be

infectious

*They are passionate about their feelings and are aggressive

activists of causes that are near and dear to their hearts.

*People notice them-because they are dramatic and flamboyant

Their cloths are more trendy, their hair is hip and they love to

accessorize.

Challenges of a Saphire

*Impatient, they tend to bore easily

*They are unorganized, and scattered brained

*Challenged by rejection, dislike disharmony and conflict and will

able to travel more and build new memories along the way

Mentoring a Saphire

The first thing I’d do in mentoring a Saphire is to stress the importance of helping them start using a system to keep them focused and organized. This way they won’t be so scattered. Then they can focus on their follow-up, which can change their life overnight. Once they learn how to focus they will take off beyond your expectations. They are like chameleons…they will change their personality color to either match people or tasks
