OMG I just finished my morning workout with Yumi Lee, using my NextFit Keychain Trainer.

It took aprox 4 min to download, and the workout began.. She wooped me, worked my body big time.. I had my profile set at beginner, (which I am).. Brad Pitt, your trainer just kicked my bootie..
